Special Diets and Allergens
Special diets are accommodated upon request, we kindly request that your needs be submitted on the online ordering form. We are best able to prepare and provide for those with special diets with this information on the ordering form.
We handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, and other potential allergens in our food production areas. Due to our open kitchens that handle gluten, and other potential allergens, we cannot guarantee that any menu items made in-house are free of any potential allergen(s). We will make every effort to avoid cross-contact, if informed of the potential allergen(s) in advance.
Our program does not identify allergens with our menu labeling and signage. What we often do is utilize our call-outs as Avoiding Gluten, Vegan, or Vegetarian-some menu items may have more than one call out. We also try to highlight any menu items with the top 9 allergens and protein source (pork, fish, tofu) in our menu identification.
Limited Nut Policy
In order to provide a safer environment with those allergic to nuts, WPI has a limited nut policy; no peanuts or tree nuts (including coconut) are utilized in any recipe preparation or menu offerings. Individually wrapped items which clearly indicate nuts (ie granola bars) are allowed with this policy.
